Workshop: Effective facilitation skills in WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene)

FRPG accompanies the water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) coordination table of Arauca. Unicef, CAWST, Save the Children, NRC, Colombian Civil Defense, among others.

Between November 14 to 17, 2023, we shared with the excellent and vibrant group of the wash coordination table in Arauca, a workshop on effective facilitation skills in water, sanitation and hygiene. Unforgettable group! Thank you for so many "dear friends".

What is the added value offered by this workshop? In any WASH project or initiative, it is essential to transfer knowledge and skills to users, counterparts and members of our institutions on project planning and implementation, use and maintenance of technologies, and hygiene promotion. Although conducting these training sessions seems simple, it really isn't. This workshop provides those leading the training with the tools and skills necessary to convey these knowledge and skills effectively, adapting to the specific needs of the target audiences. It is a theoretical-practical training that allows them to practice their facilitation skills, receive feedback and improve the educational programs of their organizations.
