In Mirador de Cartagena people have strength as elevated as the place where they live. From this small town the panoramic view of “La Heroica” is overwhelming.
Osiris, Mirdonio, Dilsa and Milton together with Astrid from the organization AGAPE (who have enabled a biosand filters project in the area) have made the impossible possible so that many families in this place can have safe water to consume in their homes. Their effort and commitment to helping their neighbors, with eternal smiles and enthusiasm, fills us with pride and inspiration. Thank you for making us feel at home.
